To learn more about Boyne Mountain Resort, employment perks, and employee testimonials, click here - Boyne Mountain Employment!"Work Where You Love To Play!" at Boyne Mountain Resort.ResponsibilitiesProviding consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practicesHandling guests' queries and concerns efficiently and politelyUpholding the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and proceduresProviding exact, suitable and instant responses to all requests by guestsPossessing the aptitude to work with no direct supervisionMaintaining a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environmentRegularly attending, taking part in and support training and staff meetings for the spaHelping in all areas of spa operation as requested by organizationPerforming prep work, correctly clean and restock room as necessaryCommunicating to administration any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that need concentrationActively supporting the spa, treatments, services and retail, in addition to programs, promotions and/or discounts obtainableNotifying management any and all occurrences connecting staff or guests in the spa that require noticeEfficiently informing and teaching guests concerning specific wellness concernsProperly caring for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controlsQualificationsYou are at least 18 years oldYou are available to work evenings, weekends and holidaysYou possess a current Michigan Massage Therapist licenseYou have previous massage therapy experience
