Sana Vida Wellness StudioSana Vida means "Healthy Life", and our mission is to create a community of hope and healing. Sana Vida is a Wellness Studio that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in rejuvenation through stress and pain management by blending acupuncture, yoga, massage, skincare and healing tea and remedies. We have been successfully operating in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas since 2004.We are looking for licensed massage therapists to join our team. Sana Vida offers acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, and massage, but also restorative skincare. Our environment is unique--we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have seven treatment rooms with additional space to offer workshops and group acupuncture several days per week.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the Sana Vida model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offeringsProvide massages ranging from 25-110 minutes for scheduled clients and walk-insConsult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellnessGuide clients through our service offeringsRecommend treatment plans that can include suggestions for better health including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies to assist clients in their wellness journeyTake detailed histories, including information about injuries and chronic health conditionsComplete SOAP notes after each sessionCustomize sessions around specific complaints or problem areasProvide client with Wellness Prescription after each sessionQualificationsCurrent Texas License for Massage Therapy.Current Liability Insurance.Prior experience in cupping is a plus, but we will train.RequirementsFrequent bending at waistAbility to assist disabled clientsAbility to lift 50 lbs.Live a tobacco-free lifestyleReport to work free from any adverse effects of drugs or alcoholBenefitsSana Vida Wellness Program: 50% discount on Spa ServicesFree & unlimited yoga classes50% discount on WorkshopsUp to $600 per year for FT employees for healthcare reimbursements20% discount on retail & teaSupplies are providedLaundry service providedNo uniform requiredFlexible schedule
