Stretch Practitioner (Flexologist)StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, delivering personalized, hands-on sessions that help clients move better, recover faster, and improve flexibility long-term.We're seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists). This is a part-time, hands-on role working directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.No prior assisted stretching experience required - we provide paid training.What You'll Do:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each clientCreate a safe, professional, and engaging experienceEducate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistencyBuild relationships that drive retention and referralsMaintain client notes and manage recurring sessionsParticipate in light sales conversations (no prior sales experience required)Support studio operations and cleanlinessRequired Qualifications:Candidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines, including one of the following:Degree in a related field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), orNational certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), orCurrent license/certification (PT/PTA, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Yoga/Pilates/Barre Instructor)Applicants with strong movement backgrounds (such as dance or similar training) are also encouraged to apply.Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.Training (Paid): All team members complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program:~20 hours of online coursework2 days of in-person, hands-on trainingWhat We're Looking For:Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clientsPositive, energetic, team-oriented attitudeReliable, professional, and coachablePassion for helping people improve long-term wellnessWhy StretchLab:Paid training in a specialized, in-demand modalityConsistent hourly pay + performance-based incentivesFlexible part-time schedulingSupportive, team-oriented environmentGrowth opportunities into full-time or leadership rolesSchedule Requirements:Availability for evenings and/or weekendsConsistent weekly schedule requiredCompensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourStretching is ancient, but StretchLab has redefined what it means to get a stretch.
