Massage Therapist – Join Our Spa Team!

Are you passionate about helping others relax, heal, and feel their best? We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team and deliver remarkable guest experiences in a welcoming and professional environment.

Opportunity Overview

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide a variety of massage and spa treatments tailored to each guest's needs while maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What You Will Do

Perform massage and spa services in accordance with established protocols

Customize treatments based on client needs, preferences, and health conditions

Prepare treatment rooms with proper supplies and maintain cleanliness standards

Review client intake forms and communicate effectively to ensure safe, comfortable services

Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction

Promote and recommend retail spa products to enhance the guest experience

Assist with laundry and general spa upkeep

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership

What We Are Looking For

Required:

Current Virginia State Massage Therapy License (in good standing)

Must be at least 21 years old

Strong commitment to guest service excellence

Desired:

Previous experience working in a resort or spa setting

Schedule

Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

$12.77 per hour
