We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Contract Massage Therapist I New Rochelle to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Perform 60-90 minute massages for clients by appointment, utilizing various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others as appropriate.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any health conditions that may impact the massage session.
Assess clients' bodies to identify areas of tension, stress, or discomfort, and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, as well as recommend stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to enhance their overall well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client information, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress evaluations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, with a demonstrated ability to perform a variety of massage techniques effectively.
Possession of a valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess client needs and preferences through verbal communication, body language, and other cues.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and enjoyable experience for each client.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions, with the ability to adapt massage techniques to address specific client concerns.
Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of massage therapy practice.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client scheduling preferences.

$105 to $145 per session
