Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley brings an inventive approach to creative events, seasonal pop-up experiences, lifestyle facilities and culinary craftsmanship that culminate in the ultimate urban getaway.The OpportunityFour Seasons is currently looking for a Spa Therapist (On-Call).Essential Function of the Job (But Are Not Limited To):Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items.Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.Maintain clean work areas.Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest profile database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.Adhere to Four Seasons standards and massage and body treatment sequences of service.Properly prepare, operate, and clean/sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Knowledge and Skills:High School education or equivalent experience.License to perform body massage and facial treatment as per state law.Must be available to work on Fridays and weekends.CPR, First Aid Certified preferred.This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required.Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.What to Expect:Competitive WageWage - $19.00/hour + CommissionBe part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career with global potential401k participationFree employee meals prepared by the culinary teamComplimentary dry cleaning of employee uniformsFree employee parkingFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
