Licensed Massage TherapistAbout the Role We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa team at the beautiful Scottsdale Camelback Resort. This is a staff position with flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, seven days a week. New graduates are welcome, and a dual cosmetology license is a plus (but not required).As a Massage Therapist, you'll deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing 50 and 75-minute massage services, tailoring each session to meet individual guest needs, and creating a calming, rejuvenating atmosphere that keeps guests returning.What You'll DoPerform professional massage treatments by appointment (50/75 minutes)Consult with guests to understand wellness goals and physical needsMaintain detailed client histories and assess areas of tension or discomfortRecommend appropriate techniques, stretches, and follow-up careCreate a tranquil, welcoming spa environmentEducate guests on service options and encourage future bookingsAdjust pressure and technique based on guest feedbackWhat We're Looking ForCurrent LMT license in good standingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule (18–29 hours per week)Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiencesNew graduates encouraged to apply!Compensation & PerksCompetitive hourly pay + commission + tipsQuarterly bonusMonthly employee appreciationAccess to resort amenitiesWhy Join Vacatia?
