Just meaningful, one-on-one client relationships and the opportunity to make a real impact every day.Why StretchLab?Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentivesPaid Flexologist Training Program and continuing educationFlexible scheduling with full- and part-time opportunitiesCareer growth opportunities with the nation's leading assisted stretching brandPositive, supportive team environmentWork with clients of all ages and activity levels—from professional athletes to active older adultsWhat You'll DoAs a Flexologist, you will:Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using StretchLab's proprietary methodology.Conduct mobility assessments and create personalized stretching plans.Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, recovery, posture, and injury prevention.Build lasting relationships that help members stay committed to their wellness goals.Lead small-group stretch classes (when scheduled).Maintain accurate client notes and progress tracking.Help create an energetic, welcoming, and professional studio environment.Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community events.Assist with studio events and member engagement initiatives.Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold StretchLab's high standards of care.Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking professionals with a passion for health, movement, and helping others.Ideal candidates include:Licensed Massage TherapistsCertified Personal TrainersCertified Athletic TrainersPhysical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants/AidesPilates InstructorsYoga InstructorsDance InstructorsStrength & Conditioning CoachesExercise Science or Kinesiology graduatesOther movement professionals with strong hands-on experienceQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or bodywork preferred.Experience working one-on-one with clients in a hands-on environment.Passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Professional, dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.Comfortable working with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).TrainingAll Flexologists complete our comprehensive paid training program before working independently.Training includes:20+ hours of online educationTwo days of immersive, hands-on instructionSupervised practice sessionsOngoing coaching and continuing education to help you grow your skillsAbout StretchLabStretchLab is the world's leading assisted stretching brand, with hundreds of studios helping people move better every day.
