Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks associated with providing massage therapy, including applying pressure and maneuvering clients as needed.Scheduling Requirements:We pay a minimum base wage for all hours that you are asked to remain clocked-in during our business hours. This guest service option increases our ability to service our many last-minute walk-in appointments and for you to make even more money, through additional bookings, add-on services, assist guests and coordinators with product knowledge and sales, complete trainings, as well as other focused spa and lodge initiatives. You will rotate with other providers to equally manage this requirement.We are in compliance with all Washington State required wage and hour laws including required paid 10-minute breaks and 30-minute unpaid lunch periods. Individual providers may determine if they would like to waive or observe this lunch option to best accommodate their scheduled appointments or allow for additional walk-in appointments.During our high season from June-September we ask that our providers are available for consistent weekly hours. We do observe a "black-out" on vacation time during these busiest months, as well as busy winter holidays. At the same time, we strongly believe in the importance of self-care and rejuvenation for our regular full-time and part-time providers, and we encourage team members to take regular time off during other periods throughout the year.Compensation:$17.13 - $79.13Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
