We are currently hiring for evening weekend hours - PT hours (20+) - we can fill your schedule! Compensation & Benefits - What we offerFull-time therapists earn $50K – $90K/year (includes tips), plus:Competitive Pay + Bonus - Strong base pay, tips, and a Therapist Anniversary BonusHealth & PTO – Health benefits available and paid time offPaid CEUs & Training - Online and in-person CEUsLiability Insurance - Discounted coverage so you can focus on your clientsThe Role - What You'll DoProvide personalized therapeutic massage sessions (60, 90, and 120 minutes)Consult with clients on symptoms, goals, and treatment plansMaintain accurate, timely SOAP documentationUphold professional ethics, expert draping, and clear boundariesFollow our Service Path and offer personalized recommendationsQualifications - What You BringCurrent, valid WA State Massage LicenseProficiency in Swedish and other therapeutic massage techniquesStrong verbal and nonverbal communication skillsAnatomical knowledge including sites of caution and restricted areasBuilt for TherapistsWe handle the business so you can focus on the bodywork — booking, laundry, and support processes are taken care of. You'll work with hydraulic tables, enjoy scheduling that supports career longevity, and be supported by consistent on-site leadership.Essential Functions - Physical & Professional RequirementsLift 40 lbs.Current state massage licenseApply appropriate massage techniquesExpert drapingTimely SOAP documentationEffective verbal & non verbal communicationReady to Join Us?
