nOur business is growing and we are looking for a Master Technician.
nResponsibilities:
nPerform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards
nRemoval, installation, and servicing of components
nAssist in proper maintenance of shop and equipment
nContinued personal update training, maintaining ASE certifications
nPerform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
nReport any items that are out of stock to the Center Manager
nCapable of assuming responsibility and training general technicians
nDiagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
nTest-drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
nMaintain a safe environment while keeping the customer's vehicle clean
nSkills and Requirements
nKnowledge of electrical diagnostics
nKnowledge of testing sensors
nAbility to use a scanner
nHave a set of quality tools
nExperience on domestic and import vehicles (both early and late models)
nHigh school diploma or GED
nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Master Technician preferred.
nValid Driver's License
nExcellent verbal communication skills
nExcellent follow-up & organization skills
nAbility to work with minimal supervision
nAbility to multi-task
nKeep a clean work area
