Master Automotive Technician – Diesel / Commercial Truck
Levittown, NY (Long Island) $150,000 – $250,000+ (inclusive of salary and bonuses) Full-Time | Master-Level | Immediate Openings **SIGN ON BONUS** We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for highly qualified Ford technicians, with payout after 90 days of successful employment.

We are actively hiring Master Automotive Technicians / Diesel Technicians / Heavy Duty Truck Technicians / Commercial Vehicle Mechanics to work in our brand-new, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility built specifically for commercial and fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on: Diesel engines, Gas engines, Heavy-duty and commercial vehicles
Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability issues
Utilize Ford IDS and OEM diagnostic systems
Maintain high productivity and flat-rate performance
Ensure top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction (CSI)
Document repairs accurately on repair orders
Collaborate with service team and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
Master Technician / A-Level Technician experience required
Diesel, commercial truck, or heavy-duty repair experience strongly preferred
Ford certification a plus (not required)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to produce high flat-rate hours
Own tools required
Valid driver's license with clean record
