Master Automotive Technician
Auburn Hills, Michigan - Published By James DeMaar
We are seeking an experienced Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing technical leadership to the service team.
The ideal candidate has advanced troubleshooting skills, strong customer service abilities, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles
Mentor and train junior technicians.
Complete inspections and quality control checks.
Maintain accurate repair documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate repair recommendations to customers or service advisors.
Pay rate is up to $39.68/hour.
Qualifications
10+ years of technician experience.
Current Master Technician ASE certification
Strong diagnostic and computer skills.
Valid driver's license
Need to provide your own tools
Preferred Skills
Previous internal/company dealership training
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Past internal/company product experience
