nWe are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
nWe know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
nOur shop won the Best of Southern Utah 2 years in a row. We have doubled our sales for the last three years and have recently expanded our Parking Lot. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.8 Google rating with over 700 reviews. We currently see approximately 500 cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand.Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $ 100k per year. Most are making over $110k+ per year.
nWe fully understand that the person we are looking for likely already has a job. If you are reading this and you do not feel like you are respected, treated fairly, or cared about at your current job, we need to talk. Respond to this ad with your resume.
