Job TitleQuality InspectorResponsibilities:Review shop Travelers for accuracy and completenessUse CMM, Faro Arms and other inspection tools and methods to inspect tooling, first article and production partsConduct In-Process, and Final inspections. Highly skilled in inspecting to Geometric Dimensioning and ToleranceConduct Receiving inspection/verification of product and related certificationsReview certification documents and records required to create a Certificate of ConformanceCreate end item data packets such as Certificates of Conformance, Indented Parts List and Configuration summary for internal and external inspectionsConduct First Article Inspections using AS9102 Forms and documentationComplete customer Source Inspections for detail parts and assembliesVerify and control non-conforming product, releasing products, or scrapping them per MRB disposition part of control of NC process)Interface with program engineering and customers on nonconformancesProvide Quality/Inspection verification support to Manufacturing and Engineering personnelOther duties as assigned
