Job DescriptionJob Description We're hiring a Master Electrician to lead crews and oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish. If you’re a hands- on leader who enjoys managing crews, solving challenges, and delivering quality work, this is your opportunity to make an impact. Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise teams of journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on residential and commercial job sites
Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple electrical projects by managing schedules, materials, manpower, and daily field operations
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, panels, service upgrades, lighting, and low-voltage systems
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications to support installations, troubleshooting, and code compliance
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, and inspectors while coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes
Mentor and train electricians and apprentices, maintain accurate job documentation, and promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Requirements:
Active Texas Master Electrician License required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician with proven leadership or crew supervision experience
Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC) and residential/commercial electrical systems, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel between job sites, and work in varying environments; valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule:
Monday- Friday
Full Time
Flexible schedule ; some early starts/overtime as project needs require
Pay Rate:
$45+ per hour BOE (competitive, commensurate with experience and licensure)
Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation programs
