Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly (Non-exempt)
Pay: $54,800-$56,500 per year, with a chance to earn more.

About the Role:
Are you seeking a flexible schedule and meaningful work? CenClear's Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) program needs dedicated therapists to help families stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approach focuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-home placements.
As a therapist, you'll provide case management, crisis intervention, and clinical therapy for individuals aged 4 to 21, working closely with a treatment team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.
What You'll Do: Provide direct clinical therapy, case management, and crisis intervention
Maintain documentation and administrative records
Participate in personal and professional development
Be available for on-call needs
Work 40 hours per week, year-round
What We're Looking For: Master's degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 2-YearsChild and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience
Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus
Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
