Job description
The Master Course Approval SME role at the National Maritime Center is located in Martinsburg, WV. It requires senior deck mariner expertise to review and approve mariner training course requests for regulatory conformance.
Ideal candidates have a U.S. Coast Guard MMC endorsed as Master or Chief Mate on oceans, with 5+ years sailing experience. Training course development experience is preferred, STCW not required.
