Master Trainer
Compensation: $50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What Youll Do
* Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
* Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
* Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
* Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
* Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
* Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
* Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
* Represent GYMGUYZs core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
What You Bring
* Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
* CPR/AED certified (required)
* 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
* Proven success in client results and team mentoring
* Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
* Sales and field marketing experience preferred
* Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
