Flexible schedule + daily variety training outside the gym

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
~ 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
~ Sales and field marketing experience preferred
