You will also serve as the master plumber qualifier for the business.Job DutiesUtilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each callWears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled serviceTests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesHelps to train junior technicians as neededServes as head of work quality for all jobs performed by companyMinimum RequirementsMust have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Utah as a Master PlumberExpert knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codesSelf-driven and responsibleInterested in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLooking for growth and advancement opportunitiesSuperior communication and customer service skillsA sales champion - an expert in selling and upselling work while maintaining proper ethics with every clientNote that this position is listed as full time. For the right candidate, a part time position can be arranged. Compensation: $39.00 - $55.00 per hour
