Behavior Clinician, Waiver Services

Position
Title: Behavior Clinician, Waiver Services
Reports To: Behavior Management Coordinator
Wage: $35-$38/hour starting pay
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage direct and indirect case supervision (80-90% of role).
Engage in clinical staff and parent meetings/training sessions (10-20% of role).
Assess challenging behavior, develop interventions, and monitor implementation.
Create treatment goals, protocols, and data systems.
Evaluate client progress, coordinate care, and handle crisis intervention as required.
Attend ongoing professional development and related assignments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, applied behavioral analysis or another applied health service area of psychology
Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
Reliable transportation
