We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team in Auburn Hills, MI. As a key player in our service department, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing technical leadership to our service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Stellantis Vehicles and contribute to a high-performing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing technical leadership to the service team. The ideal candidate has advanced troubleshooting skills, strong customer service abilities, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues on Stellantis Vehicles.
Mentor and train junior technicians.
Complete inspections and quality control checks.
Maintain accurate repair documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate repair recommendations to customers or service advisors.
Requirements 10 years of technician experience.
Current Master Technician ASE certification.
Strong diagnostic and computer skills.
Valid driver's license.
Must provide your own tools.
Preferences Previous Chrysler Dealership Training.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Past Chrysler/Stellantis product experience.
