Sun River Health is hiring a full-time MAT Peer Adherence Worker for our Riverhead location. The role focuses on recovery support and harm reduction, educating patients about MAT, HCV, and adherence strategies.
You will link patients to community resources and participate in training and supervision to ensure high-quality care. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (CRPA preferred) with a minimum of one year of related experience.
