Job description
Western Sierra Medical Clinic in Penn Valley, CA is seeking an RN Case Manager, MAT to assess and monitor withdrawal and administer medications as prescribed, with the goal of safe detoxification. This role supports coordination of care among patients, families, partners, and WSMC staff.
Requirements include an active CA RN license; BSN and/or CARN desirable; BLS AED certification; experience with substance use disorders; and proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and electronic practice
