# Matching AnalystApply**Job#: ****Job Description:**Matching Analyst**Location:** 100% Remote**Employment Type:** Contract**Duration:** 6+ months**Hourly Rate: $**17-$20/HRRole OverviewWe are seeking a matching analyst for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the financial services industry and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven environment. Attention to detail is paramount, and strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities* Matching Analyst supports the process by researching, reconciling, and matching trades to the appropriate approvals before Principal review.* Provide administrative support as required.Required Qualifications+ Strong data entry, reconciliation, and matching experience within Financial Services+ Experience updating and tracking records in workflow tools (Smartsheet experience preferred)+ Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify exceptions and discrepanciesPreferred Qualifications* Demonstrated client interaction and customer service skills.* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Capacity to work independently while seeking assistance when necessary.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Flexibility to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks.Compensation & BenefitsA range of supplemental benefits is available, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans.
