Job description

Zeeco collaborates with the biggest names in the industry, enabling individuals to broaden their skills alongside teams of subject matter experts.The Materials Coordinator is responsible for ensuring materials, schedules, and resources are aligned to support on-time manufacturing execution.This role serves as the liaison between Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Quality to proactively manage material readiness, project timelines, and production priorities.Job Duties:Review production schedules and ensure materials are available prior to job start dates.Track procurement, inventory, fabrication, and material delivery status for assigned projects.Coordinate material staging, kitting, and delivery to production areas.Generate and manage pick lists through ERP systems.Work with Purchasing to expedite critical materials and resolve shortages.Monitor project schedules and identify risks that could impact delivery commitments.Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Inventory teams.Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress updates.Support cost control efforts by tracking material usage, shortages, and project changes.Communicate project status, delays, and recovery plans to stakeholders.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Material Coordination, Production Control, Project Coordination, or Manufacturing Planning.Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, and production scheduling.Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Operations, or related field preferred.Forklift experience is a plus.Physical Requirements:Must be able to go up and down stairs.Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.Must be able to operate a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while performing job functions.Must be available to work overtime as needed.Working at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity, and limitless opportunity.
