Material Coordinator (II - III - Lead)We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.Job DutiesEnsure the timely and accurate movement, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling, tracking, and documentation practices.Receive, stock, issue, and transport materials in accordance with operational requirements.Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management tools to support warehouse operations.Operate warehouse equipment, including lift trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.Support daily warehouse operations and contribute to an organized, safe, and productive work environment.Perform routine housekeeping and clean-up activities throughout the warehouse.Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.Provide timely and professional customer support to meet material and operational needs.Complete additional duties and projects as assigned to support business needs.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.Experience working in an operations, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.Familiarity with handheld scanners, inventory control systems, and warehouse processes preferred.Lift truck certification, or the ability to obtain certification, preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.Location 14524 Heathrow Forrest Pkwy, Houston, Texas, 77032, United States
