Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6 PM | Monday - Friday

Looking for Material Handler jobs in Cincinnati where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.
Job Duties
Operate forklifts to move, stage, and supply product for packing. Retrieve product from rack locations and deliver to designated staging and packing areas.
Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during movement; report discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor immediately.
Keep products separated, organized, and in proper rotation.
Perform routine preshift forklift inspections and report equipment or safety issues immediately.
Follow all forklift safety rules and traffic patterns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Use a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to improve material flow and efficiency.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
