Material Handler/Excavator OperatorAt Didion Orf Recycling we are Doing what is Right for a Better Tomorrow by recycling electronics and metal materials. Are you an experienced pro at running one of these machines?Duties and Responsibilities of the Material Handler OperatorOperate material handler (excavator) with grapple, magnet and/or shear to move, manage and organize metals.Appropriately identify, handle, sort and process materials.Load and unload trucks with metals in a safe manner with excavator.Customer service.Perform the staging and inspection of materials.Report non-conforming materials.Assist with organization of steel yard and make space for new product daily.Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections on equipment before operating.Skills and ExperienceMORE THAN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED accurately, efficiently and safely operating excavator/material handler.Good communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in scrap metals and/or demolition is a plus.Benefits of Working at Didion Orf RecyclingMedical Insurance with Deductible Reimbursement PlanDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance PlansFlexible Spending Plan401k PlanPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffFlexible SchedulingPay commensurate with experience
