Material HandlersWe are Hiring! Material Handlers on 1st and 2nd shifts Location: Salisbury and Lexington NC Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4 Days / 10-Hour Shifts) or (2-2-3) Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Material Handler for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. You will manage inventory flow and operate machinery. This role offers a three-day weekend every week and a clear path to permanent hiring based on performance and attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Forklifts: Move heavy loads safely using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.Load and Unload: Feed production lines and empty inbound freight trucks.Inventory Control: Scan barcodes and log material locations into the system.Staging: Organize products on pallets for efficient shipping and storage.Safety Compliance: Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean walkways.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of strong, continuous forklift operation.Certification: Valid forklift license or ability to pass internal testing.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Schedule: Must commit to the full 10-hour Monday through Thursday schedule.
