Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
No Clockwatchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Forklift Certification required or ability to obtain certification
Valid Driver's License required
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements
2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or material handling
Experience using ERP systems, barcode scanning systems, or inventory management software preferred
Experience maintaining inventory records and processing warehouse transactions
Previous experience operating material handling equipment is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and resolve stock issues
Experience creating and maintaining inventory locations within ERP systems
Familiarity with shipping documentation, Bills of Lading (BOL), and carrier software
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Capabilities
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and walking
Ability to push, pull, grasp, and handle materials throughout the shift
Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive motions as required
Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and mechanical hazards
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, barcode systems, and cycle count activities
Create inventory locations and process barcode labels
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse systems and reporting tools
Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL)
Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, and other warehouse equipment
Reorganize inventory storage to maximize space utilization and efficiency
Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations
Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement efforts
