Now hiring for a Material Handler
Location: Lancaster, SC
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM | 2 - 2 - 3 Rotation
Training Schedule: 8 hour shift on the 1st shift for 2 weeks

Job Duties
Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining safe and efficient workflow
Remove completed spools from machinery, start new spools, and support continuous production
Package finished products, place boxes on pallets, and secure loads with shrink wrap
Perform quality checks and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general material handling tasks
Requirements
Previous manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, standing, and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to teamwork and safety
Able to lift 50 lbs.
