Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Entry-level position; training provided.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, steel manufacturing, or forklift experience is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Ability to follow safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience in steel manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is beneficial but not required.
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25+ pounds regularly.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Steel-toe boots required.
Job Duties
Sort rail spikes by identifying and separating them based on the numbers stamped on the head.
Fill metal pails with rail spikes and secure lids for shipment.
Inspect products for accuracy and quality before packaging.
Prepare materials for shipping and storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.
