Job description
Production RoleWe are hiring for a hands-on production role within a manufacturing environment. This position supports daily operations through material handling, general labor, and production assistance. Employees may rotate between responsibilities based on business needs. This is a physically demanding role requiring flexibility, as tasks may vary day-to-day.Key Responsibilities:Perform manual material handling, including stacking and moving productsComplete lifting throughout the shiftAssist with general production and support tasksBreak down or modify materials for proper disposal when neededDispose of scrap materials in designated areasClean and maintain equipment and work areasFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspaceAdapt to changing duties based on production needs and equipment availabilityRequirements:Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting and physical laborComfortable using basic hand tools safelyWillingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating scheduleReliable, adaptable, and safety-focusedPrior manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
