Job description
Job TitleDuties & Responsibilities:1. Understand, implement and support completion of the daily plan2. Assist or lead pre-shift meetings3. Assign and delegate work as required to complete training assign4. Provide necessary PPE. equipment and tools to complete work5. Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up on progress6. Act as backup to the Training Supervisor during their absence7. Collect and communicate performance data8. Control work documents9. Authorize UKG payroll10. Generate shift reports11. Ensure a safe and secure work environment12. Perform process audits13. Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager14.
