This role is responsible for unloading inbound shipments, picking and labeling products, operating material handling equipment, and assisting with outbound truck loading. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting daily productivity expectations.Key Responsibilities - Unload inbound freight from multiple trucks daily using material handling equipment - Operate stand-up reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and manual pallet jacks - Retrieve and move pallets from warehouse racking systems - Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for shipment - Apply labels to product cartons and pallets with a strong focus on accuracy and productivity - Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards - Assist with loading outbound trucks as needed - Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies - Maintain a clean and organized work area
