Job description
Goodwill Houston is seeking a Sr. Manager, Material Recovery to lead salvage, waste and recycling across the organization. You will own the P&L for salvage and waste, maximize value recovery, and divert materials from landfills while driving continuous improvement.
This role provides leadership to the Salvage team, partners cross-functionally with vendors and operations, and develops markets for donated goods to optimize end-of-life value.
