Job description
STG International is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to provide contract related support and implement the direction by the Director. Promotes, encourages, and carries out the philosophies and protocols of the company. Implements the program strategy to ensure the program meets and exceeds the organizational goals as identified by the Director and the contractual requirements. Establishes effective partnerships with Human Resources, Contracts, Accounting, and Payroll in support of the program. Maintains cooperative working relationships with these department that will ultimately lead to increased efficiencies for the program and employee and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with remote client, PMO, and Fitness Managers in the daily supervision of contracted fitness staff
Manages internal accounting process and collaborates with staff, client, and internal STGi accounting department stakeholders to ensure accurate invoices are developed and approved by the client.
Serves as payroll, invoice and expense report administrator for contract staff
Provides information to create overall program tracking information and reports
Actively monitors contract deliverables and contract compliance
Primary point of contact and liaison between contract staff and headquarters departments
Stays abreast of company policies and procedures to tracking employees’ performance
Serves as subject matter expert for the contracts managed and uses knowledge to provide effective solutions to the client, partners, and contract staff.
Works with other Program Staff to monitor overall contract performance
Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or related field.
Master degree in Business or Health Administration or related field preferred
2 – 5 year’s experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce
Demonstrated skills in the use of PC’s and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with online timekeeping systems
Experience with virtual environment
Up to 10% Travel to meet with client and contract employees at work sites.
