Job description
Lila Sciences is seeking a Program Lead to own strategy and execution for the Materials Science AISF program. This role defines how and when the program delivers against Product, Science, and AI priorities, then turns strategy into charters, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
The role requires leading through influence across matrixed teams and managing complex, multidisciplinary experimental programs to expand experimental systems for AI-driven materials discovery.
