LEVEL OF EDUCATION Preferred: CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Preferred: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum:Knowledge of hospital supplies and equipment. Knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounts Payable procedures and processes. Fundamental understanding of computer software and programs to assist in job performance (MS Office, etc.) and ability to effectively use our ERP system.YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum:1 year of materials/inventory related work.Preferred:2-5 years of position specific experience.1 year of finance related workKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES All knowledge, skills, and abilities listed indicate the minimum level deemed necessary to perform this job proficiently.Critical thinking skills to exercise good judgment in communications and in assisting with problem resolution Excellent memory recall.Strong interpersonal skills that reflect positive attitude and sense of commitment to patients, colleagues and community.Ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing and to follow instructions.Excellent organizational skills.
