Job TitlePay Rate: $14-$16.25/hrSummary: 1st ShiftResponsibilities:Assemble lift trucks and components within a specified cycle time.Test, inspect, make adjustments, and reject parts/materials as necessary.Ensure proper care and usage of assembly tools, equipment, and maintain general housekeeping.Operate equipment safely and responsibly.Accept responsibility for the quality of work performed.Document processes using the BAM system.Maintain adherence to quality standards.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.Be available to work either shift, flexible with work assignments, and available for overtime as required.Maintain the work area and participate in developmental programs as identified by the company.Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.General knowledge of assembly processes and tools.Ability to read and make decisions from SOEs, OMS, shop orders, operation sheets, prints, diagrams, and instructions.Proficient computer skills.Safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment and proper use of PPE.Familiarity with DFT techniques.Preferred Skills:National Career Readiness Certification is preferred.Additional Responsibilities:Manage time to maintain an acceptable level of attendance.Exhibit willingness to participate in training deemed necessary by management to assist in the development of basic and technical skills.
