Job description
Construction Material Testing in Salem, Oregon is seeking a laboratory technician to convert field samples into numbers under an AASHTO R18 quality system. You will run Proctor curves, sieve analyses, Atterberg limits, moisture contents, and break strength tests.
You will log results, maintain calibration and records, and support proficiency programs. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, with daytime hours and overtime during busy seasons, plus occasional field sampling opportunities.
