Materials Management SupervisorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Management Supervisor to support our quantum hardware development labs and global projects in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for Stockroom Operations, Asset Management, and Material Movements. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, supply chain teams, finance, and program managers to coordinate inventory and logistics for cutting-edge quantum technology initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the functional area responsible for Receiving/Shipping, Asset Management, Logistics, and Inventory ControlPromote a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and Quantinuum's corporate policiesTrain, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by standardizing processes, documenting procedures, and sharing best practicesCollaborate with Shipment Carriers, Procurement, Finance, and Technical Teams to resolve shipment issuesIdentify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in operationsTrack and publish performance metrics to optimize process flows, improve productivity and reduce costsExecute performance management activities, including coaching, feedback, and accountability measuresAssign personnel and resources strategically to meet daily requirements, team goals, and business objectivesMonitor and manage costs and workforce plans relative to team performance and organizational targetsAnalyze inventory management procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsYou Must Have:Bachelor's Degree minimum5+ years of experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ERP Systems (preferably SAP).5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industriesMust be able to lift 45lbsDue to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee statusDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.We Value:Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challengesExperience with logistics, import/export processes, and warehouse operations.Experience preparing parts for shipment; able to use palletizing tools (pallet jack, pallet wraps, banding)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaintaining a clean and safe warehousing environmentSelf-starter and team player who can also work independentlyHigh bias for action with creative problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skillsTrack record of meeting or exceeding department performance goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet$86,000 - $116,000 a year Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for this role is $86,000 – $116,000 annually.
