Material SpecialistIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)Job Description and Requirements:Flexible shift assignmentFlexible work assignmentsMail room DistributionMedical Supply Room Stock MaintenanceReceiving (loading dock)Regular communication with management regarding stock levels and inventory issuesDaily Supply Room stocking responsibilitiesKeep storage area clean and organizedAccurate stock level countFollow stock rotation guidelines to minimize expired stockMonitor and review stock and remove expired stockEffectively utilize supply inventory system tools to ensure supply availabilityReplenish supply/equipment areas according to established par levelsNotify management of out of stock, supply utilization or other changeMailroom responsibilitiesCollect and prepare correspondence to be mailed (e.g. applying for appropriate stamps, verifying addresses)Track mailroom supplies for Pitney Bowes machineScreening and sorting incoming mail and packagesOther warehouse duties as requested by managementRequired Experience:High School or GED.
