Job description
UES is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to manage a construction materials testing lab, focused on soils or asphalt. You will supervise technicians, ensure accurate testing, train staff, and maintain accreditation in line with ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, and ADOT standards.
You will work with the Laboratory Manager to uphold safety, quality, and efficient lab operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical skills.
