Job description
Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking a Maternal Child Health RN for a part-time regular role in St. Johnsbury, VT. The RN will coordinate and deliver maternal/child health nursing care in community settings, acting as primary care coordinator for assigned clients and families.
Qualifications include Vermont RN license and CPR, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and at least one year of clinical RN experience. Travel to client homes and communities is expected.
