Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Care Manager in North Carolina to coordinate member care within an Integrated Care Model. You will assess needs, plan interventions, and advocate for services, with up to 25% field visits within the region and remote work options for NC residents.
The role requires an NC RN license, 4+ years pediatric/maternity care (or 2+ in community care), travel ability, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.
