Job description
Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Diabetes Education Specialist to deliver DSMES per ADA/ADCES standards. You will assess patients, tailor education for gestational diabetes and other pregnancy-related metabolic conditions, and guide nutrition, glucose monitoring, medication administration, activity, and healthy lifestyle choices.
