Job description
The MFM Nurse Navigator role at Holy Redeemer Health coordinates nursing care within the Maternal Fetal Medicine department for obstetric patients with at-risk pregnancies. You will collaborate with perinatologists and obstetricians, assess patient needs, and serve as a patient advocate and educator according to policy and practice acts.
Applicants should hold a BSN and PA RN license, with BLS, LDR/antenatal experience, and fetal monitoring certification (preferred within 1 year).
